eSIM can’t get connected

I have purchased an Apple Watch on 14 Dec 2022. Unfortunately, the eSIM proved so difficult even after contacting vodacom about three times. I even visited a vodashop, with no succes. They promised to call back, they tried to reset but they can’t get it right. Why do I pay for the device and “connection fee” of the network can’t connect it. It’s sad. All I hear is technical problem.
