Bought a new iphone on contract from vodacom and been constantly calling to get my esim yet no one can assist just being put from one department to another Been to the store still no joy They advise they can only produce an esim for a watch

Why does vodacom sell iphones if they cant give the sim that it needs

Just need help from the right department so i can use my service My one sim is just sitting and airtime get forfeited monthly because the sim is to big to insert in the phone Who will pay for all the airtime being forfeited and im being debited monthly for this
