Escalate agent rude and arrogant

Your consultants for Hello Peter are disgusting, they interupt you and talk over you. I couldnt finish saying what i was trying to say, i couldny even explain what it actually the issue to current status. He was too busy throwing out his rehe****d script. The agents dont listen to customer, you just want to talk for sake of talking. This is 5th person after speaking to a manager who promised to call me after listening to calls with his agents. He never called till today. Then this foolish doesnt know whats happening but he also just jumping in. No follow up with previous guys or any understanding of what is going on. He just ticking a box. Worse part you want to interrupt after countless times telling you to please let me finish and after telling you its my birthday dont upset me but being rude. If you going to pretend to care and resolve a query rather get someone who actually listens. Not someone collecting stats. Query not resolved. Get your act together! We dont have time to watse so dont even call if you are just going to go off topic and log irrelevant queries and escalate things you dont know. Mxm useless network!
