I need help I started using vodacom number since 2021 and it kept send me information of someone alse I continuously kept on telling them then but they never done anything. When I change that phone when it was broken it didn't come back with the sim card and I had to go do sim swap at Cavendish Square, surprisingly told me its not my number just because vodacom don change the number they give it to someone alse if you dont use it. I had to prove to them my number. Now This month I lost my phone with that sim card when am claiming on the insurance they telling me it was not used in that phone on the time of the lost and the insurance is declining my claim. But everything when one does sim swap you must produce ID and proof address now they are telling me that someone did Sim swap on my phone and they can't see who is it and there's is nothing they can do.
