I really don't like to come complain about Vodacom as I have 5 contracts with them. I had a lot of trouble with the latest contract and could only use my phone after a week in which I couldn't use it. After a post here, Vodacom Customer care phoned and promised a 100 free minutes and said I would receive a sms in that regard within 10 minutes. A week gone by and I did not receive the promised airtime, and did not received a sms of any kind about that. I however started receiving text messages that I will be billed for any airtime that I use!!! On a Top Up??? And again I cannot use my phone for the past 5 days. Something is very wrong with my contract. I asked for itemised billing to check what's wrong, but have to pay for it which I'mm willing to cause I want to see and understand what is going on. Isn't this breach of contract? I mean: I have to pay the bill, but do not get the service/airtime? What is the worth to pay more than R600/m but cant use the phone. I did not even phoned since I have the phone. To ask the shop where I signed the contract is to talk to a rock...Maybe I must go to the Consumer Protector? Isn't this against the law to charge but unable to provide the servi
