Enticing retention package dishonoured

After my post on Hellopeter in which I complained about an ongoing saga of poor service at Vodacom, I received a prompt SMS from Waseema Martin, saying she acknowledges my problem and will contact me shortly. Needless to sat she did not, despite my calling her back. After many more hours on the Vodacom helpline I was assisted by Theo Martin, who also admitted that my complaint was valid. After hours on the phone with him he promised to call me back. He too, did not call. He did, however, say that if he did not call, then Martin Versteyn would call. He too, did not call. I have have had conciliatory letters from a mysterious vodacom representative called Dominic. He would not give his last name, person to protect himself from sites like Hellopeter. I asked him to call me, but he too, did not call.

When I spoke to Theo Martin, I told him that I doubted he would call me back. I asked him for his contact details. His answer was 082111. I called this number only to be told that there are many call centres, and that they could only trace him through an \escalation"which could take up to 72 hours. And that's just to find out how to contact who spoke to me!

Looking forward to Cell C"""
