Enticing retention package dishonoured

This is my last report about Vodacom on Hellopeter. Unfortunately this platform has resulted in no response from Vodacom about my previous reports. Utterly disgusted is putting it mildly. I will now resort to Facebook and Twitter to alert my community to Vodacom's appalling service. My previous report is below:<br> <br> I upgraded my Vodacom contract in May 2015.
