Entertainment Services ???? p-squarem-hooked-c-01
Since May2018 , I get billed "Entertainment Services R 269.70" ..... No indication how or when I signed up. In Vlive webpage , it shows a daily subscription to "p-squarem-hooked-c-01 , Jan 13, 2018 8:14 AM, R10,00 ". I managed to unsubscribe tday ..... still cannot work out how I ever 'subscribed'.
Would be nice to know how and when the subscription was activated and would appreciate a refund.
Coincidentally my contract ended 18 May 2018. I wonder if the vlive subscription was on purpose or an error ?
