******** ENTERPRISE! *****! COERCION! POPIA BREACHES AND MORE

Vodacom has proven time and time againt to be a predatory ******** enterprise. After years of putting up with their disgusting predatory behaviour I EXPLICITLY DECLINED a contract renewal because I was SICK of their Jeffrey Epstein-like reputation, but despite my refusal they still managed to trap me into a brand new 24 month contract using every ******* tactic in the book!!!

1. CONTRACT *****: Despite explicitly declining an upgrade on 3 December, and again in writing AND verbally on 4 January, and multiple times more since then, Vodacom blatanly ignored my instructions and activated a brand new 24-month contract anyway and are now adamant that I owe them money for this unsolicited, unauthorised and ******* contract to the point of harassing me, reporting me and *******ly disconnecting my line! 2. DATA THEFT (POPIA BREACH): Years ago, I formally instructed Vodacom to delete my banking details. To force this *****ulent contract through, they resurrected my archived, sensitive financial data without my consent to create an unauthorized debit mandate. This is a massive breach of the POPI Act and PASA regulations!! 3. BUSINESS SABOTAGE: Today, on PAYDAY, Vodacom disconnected my primary business line. This is a calculated act of corporate bullying to coerce payment for a contract I NEVER SIGNED AND EXPLICITLY REJECTED MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!! 4. WITHHOLDING EVIDENCE: Executive Liaison Simon Ramapuputla admits the recording starts with me saying NO, but Vodacom is hiding the full audio behind "PAIA fees" to try and deter me from proving their agent’s misrepresentation. If the evidence proves that I agreed then surely you should provide it in it's entirety freely? Unless I didn't right? Then make it an absolute nightmare for me to get that proof in hopes that I will be deterred and just go away and pay up? ABSOLUTELY NOT! 5. ******* CREDIT REPORTING: They have reported me as "in arrears" to Experian for a contract I REJECTED while a formal dispute is active, violating Section 72 of the National Credit Act.

Vodacom doesn’t care about fines! The R1mil they were fined for this very reason a few short years ago is just the "cost of doing business." They bank on exhausting customers until they give up. I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I have escalated this to ICASA, the National Consumer Commission and the Credit Ombud and it's just a matter of time before we go to court.

RECONNECT MY LINE IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL THIS *****ULENT CONTRACT!!!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF IF YOU WORK FOR THIS ******** ENTERPRISE!
