Enployed people getting paid and not doing their job.

Okay, so this is not usually my kinda thing, but I'm forced to do this, I've been loyal to vodacom for a very long time, telling people that they're amazing service providers and that they should totally switch to them (package deals and bundles etc is what I've dealt with) up until it came to me buying my very own first phone from them, their customer service is utter garbage, they don't report back to their customers, they don't follow up on a damn thing, they don't respond to you, they don't even answer your calls, the person that you usually deal with seems to eventually NEVER be in, and is always on lunch. I'd complain on hello peter but when I checked their reviews and comments there, people are experiencing the same bull****. And have ALSO, not been attended to. So clearly it'll be a complete waste of time, I urge you people to not even bother with trying to sign a contract with them, because we as customers clearly matter not, I've been lenient and have been calm and collected with them for over 2 weeks now, they cancelled the first order I've made prior to this with no communication whatsoever, I had to call them asking where my damn phone is, I then was asked to provide documentation of a few things in pdf format which costed me a bit of money, and STILL no follow up, there's been no urge to fix this situation after I've repeatedly asked them as nicely as possible to please help me as this, me getting my new phone, is damn urgent. And I'm still waiting on an urgent promised call back from an employee, who said that the manager who also 'wasn't in at the moment' when I requested to speak to - who hasn't got back to me as yet.
