Enough with vodacoms **** !!!

Phoned vodacom at least every week to complain about network issues. This issue was never resolved and is still ongoing. I called them 4 times today and havent been assisted still. 3 of the agents even dropped the call in my ear. I pay my contract every month without fail, yet this is the ****py service we get in return. Quick to take our money but what are we actually paying for ?
