Enough of your offline and downtime situations

This is a NEW 20Mbps LTE Contract. I received my LTE Router on the 05/03/2023. Today is the 16/03/2023. The first couple of days it worked perfectly. Then, suddenly, one evening, the LTE service went offline and REMAINED OFFLINE for about 10 hours. Vodacom had no sooner fixed that problem when a new problem was introduced. This time, a FUP issue is preventing me, and I'm sure many, many others, from connecting. What am I paying for, exactly???? Since you are clearly incapable of providing a trusted, reliable service but expect full payment, I believe that you should permit the immediate CANCELLATION of this contract. You've failed to deliver on your end of the contract but you expect me to live up to mine. Sound about right? I'm not going to put up with your inadequate, unreliable systems so allow me to cancel this contract with zero penalties. I will rather pay double and get Satellite Internet which I can depend on. You never have issues when it comes to debiting the customer's bank accounts, I'm guessing. I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED. I will return the brand-new router to you but I will refuse to pay penalties. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
