Enough of BAD SERVICE FROM vodacom

For the last 10years we have been struggling with poor reception of vodacom. Phonecalls gets dropped and very seldom can we connect to the internet. Sending an email can take up to an hour Upploading documents even longer. It does not matter what time day or night thete are just no service. We were told that the network in our area was upgraded that cost a couple of million rand. Hahs just another lie. Service are even worse. We were informed to get a booster from a vodacomshop. The people at the shop in Potchefstroom looked at me like if I am crazy as they have never heard of such a thing. As long as you pay no problem. Just dont complain about the non excitance of service.
