Enough now

Absolutely over vodacom. I've spent the whole the month of November trying to sort out my account. Been notified there is a refund and been told that that my account was upgraded. I never did an upgrade I was told it was a promotion and I have the recorded conversation to verify this. Still no resolution and I am supposed to pay triple of what I signed up for. I've got credits on my minutes free sms and data bundles so how do I incur costs triple of what my original contract states.
