Enough is enough

Each time I load airtime Vodacom seems to automatically take R29 and send me 100mb without my consent. Each time I called them, they give me an excuse of a subscription that even they cannot cancel cause it doesnt exist. I want my airtime and Im done with Vodacom period. Plus their customer service agents pretend to be helping you when they clearly put the phone aside and you hear them talk badly about us the cuatomers. Im disgusted!!!!!
