Enough cancell my contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract from June. When i first call i was told that i called in a bit early i should call back later. when i called later i was told it will be cancelled. I then called in later to find out as to wether it is cancelled or not and i was advised that it is and i will not be paying for it at the end of august. I called again and i was advised differently. I requested to speak to a team leader and she advised me that i will be charged for August and i refused to pay for it. i even advised her that if you guys debit me on the 25th this month my contract would then be 25 month. She advised me that the pro rata that you guys debited at the first month is part of my contract but do not include device fee and i dispute that because i didnt not request for it. She advised me that she will listen to the call and get back to me and now is two weeks and no one has called me. I called in to ask for the feedback and i was advised that she is not a team leader she is actually a coach in the call centre and nothing was done. I was told my request was done on the call centre in midrand and i was transfered to midrand but they said i was assisted by the call centre that i first went through to. The person i spoke to advised me that he will log a service request and send me the service request and call me to give me it but that didnt happen. Please take back your data that you have already loaded on my sim card and remove the charge tha you have inserted for that number on my bill. If this line is not cancelled and the charges are not removed i will make sure that i dispute that debit order for all the line. Please listen to all the calls that i have made to you guys and tell me if that is theservices level that you agreed upon with all your business partner for them to treat all your customers like that.
