Endless problems

I had endless issues with vodacom.. I could not even take any deals that were on black Friday due to the *********** services of all these people working for vodacom..there was a guy who eventually called me from vodacom after l complained on this site only to go back to the storeaftwr waiting hours ND then find out that the issue isn't fixed yet.. It stil says I'm in arrears when the agent himself had told me he Wil sort it out
