Endless frustration trying to get my acc status in order- Ref number: S3-G6226-610YG

<p>In April I went to Vodacom Cresta store to apply for an upgrade. The assistant said that he escalated and we discovered there was an issue with my profile status once vetted and will be sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back on the 20 Sep 2016 and the issue was not action from the requisition department. This was indeed extremely frustrating as I knew this would be another exercise that would take up my time. I called the call centre from the store and the agent insisted that I was listed reason for my portfolio not being upgraded to a P600/ P700, I was quite annoyed by this as I should know my financial status. A very helpful Vodacom store manager then called the call centre again then to find out that I was in fact not listed then proceeded to escalate the status upgrade. He then came back to me on the 22nd September with feedback informing me that my credit has been increased but my status on my portfolio still remains, P500 which defeated the entire purpose. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is is so frustrating...all I want is to upgrade my account to manage it better on maternity leave and this is becoming a mission as usual with Vodacom </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
