Endless battle and non- existant client service.

I submitted a premature cancellation quote with payment, but I'm still receiving invoices on that specific package (I have more than one number with Vodacom). I called ********** three times where the first time my call was ended by Vodacom, the second time I was requested to call ********** from the phone in question (which is now with Cell C thus I had to pay for the call), lastly I made the call from the number in question and waited more than 15 minutes to be transferred to someone at the 3D system as I am not on the Morpheus system anymore. Other than that I have also been waiting more than 6 weeks for two numbers to be transferred: One from my wife's name to myself, and the other from my name to my son's name. The reason for this delay is being put on the migration from the old to the new Vodacom systems.

I have not been contacted by anyone from Vodacom since a month ago when this complaint was logged on HelloPeter. Four weeks later, same problems just more frustrated and dissapointed. This is totally unacceptable. It is becoming more and more clear why people are moving to other companies.
