Ending poor service a MISSION

I want this contract terminated and not renewed. I called Vodacom yesterday and spokento a Nonhlanhla who didn't stop yawning, breathing on the phone and asking me long unnecessary questions. I ended up ending the call and she promised to call me back around 14:00 and I'm still waiting.

Dealing with vodacom has really been a nightmare I must say, I'm just glad the contract is ending and I won't have to deal with them.

Please deal with this ASAP
