i am extremely disgruntled because in December my insurance with Vodacom was canceled and I saw on my invoice that the amount has been refunded however I then took out insurance with discovery for my contents and decided to put my insurance under them and yes I was not charged for JANUARY AND FEBRUARY come ****en MARCH I see on my statement that insurance was added first of all without my consent and they argue with me that it continues but literally they didn’t charge me for insurance since December I am so ****en ****ed off and I asked the idiot to remove the insurance and refund my money back and amend my bill because I clearly didn’t take any ****en insurance clearly the idiot speak over make me feel condescending and I have had it I am going to SUE this company because it’s **************** to add items on my contract without my consent I want this ****en matter to be dealt with and want that to be refunded to me or I am going to ****en take it future contact me and I want this ****en sorted out I have got all my proof on my statements and I have sent it through they keep saying they need to speak to that department this department the day this case is resolved then it’s judgement day
