Empty Promisses

<p>I have been phoning every single day this last week for vodacoms upgrade department. I have spoken t 3 different agents all prommissing to phone back in 24 ours, so far not 1 call back. I have asked to speak to a manager very arrogant lady and just hang up on me. After atleast 2ours on the phone holding I now understand that not 1 vodacoms shop or even the upgrades department belongs to vodacom its all outsources. I have phone vodacom crew and spoke to two team leaders they where both very understanding the 1lady even phoned upgrades while I am online to speak to hem. No responce. Pathetic. Dont understand that vodacom is willing to leave theae people dragging there name through the mud. Fanie Nel</p>
