Empty promises to VERY unhappy customer

On the 30th June I went to the Vodacom shop at The Bridge, Port Elizabeth, where I upgraded two contracts, mobile numbers ending in '5001' and '3215', assisted by Kevin. The contract promised a free 2GB per month for the first three months. On the 1st August, the first month, number '3215' received the first free 2GB data, but number '5001' did not. The very reason why I decided on this contract was because of the free bonus data. Why would I upgrade both contracts only get 2GB on the one contract and not both? An internal problem caused an external headache and frustration. Both were upgraded with the same contract on the same day and were supposed to receive the same amount of data and airtime on the same day (1st August). I have phoned customer care on the 3rd August (082111) , the consultant suggested I go and see the Vodacom store at The Bridge where I first upgraded the contract. I then contacted the specific store and asked to speak to Kevin, the person who first assisted me. I was told that he was busy and that he would contact me as soon as he could. By the end of the day I had not received any calls and decided to go to the store to speak to Kevin in person the following day, 4th Augst. At the store Monickue told me that Kevin had resigned the previous day and that she would assist me (there are two Moniques working at this store, but the one with the "ck" spelling assisted me). She logged the complaint that day while I was in the store. On the 13th August I phoned Monickue again , who told me that she had logged the complaint and that Vodacom would call me, at the latest, 17th August. I had not heard from Vodacom by the 17th August. Some time before 23 August, I contacted customer care again, speaking to Melanie, who also logged a complaint and gave me a reference number (1- ********** 6239) who told me that I would hear from Vodacom soon thereafter. Today, 27th August, I phone customer care again because I had not heard from Vodacom at all. When the consultant answered the phone, I asked to speak to the manager as none of the consultants had ben of any help since the very first call I made. Not even the call centre and visits to the store. A consultant named "Humer" from Belville, Cape Town told me that the manager was busy and could not assist me, but that he (Humer) could. He then told me that the first complaint was logged only on the 23 August and that he would try to speed it up because I was suppose to have heard from Vodacom within 48 hours after the complaint was logged on the first time. I am just so frustrated because I had first had the complaint logged on the 4th August and then again on round about 23th August and have called multiple times. Can somebody please look into this and resolve it all. I would prefer that the 2GB be postponed due to the fact that the first month is already drawing to an end. This is just so that the 2GB can be delivered on the next three coming months, September, October and November, instead of August, September and October.

Kind regards
