Empty promises still no refund

Vodacom can be mean, they call and pretend they have everything under control yet they feeding me lies. I’m still waiting for my refund 27 days now. I don’t know how many promises Vodacom consultants have made and non off them were met. I will be a fool to sign up a contract with you again.

This is a third complaint I have made and sadly enough nothing is done and if it was visa versa. My account will be blocked by now.
