Empty promises from Vodacom, once again!!

Once again I'm forced to lodge a complaint to get any joy from Vodacom's service. After my previous review I got contacted by a very helpful and apologetic gentleman. Promised my refund within 48h. We are once again two weeks down the line. No refund received, although I was provided witj a reference number for each. This is so time consuming, frustrating and a complete let down from a service provider. I will cancel all my accounts with Vodacom with immediate effect if i dont have a response before COB today. And dare debit any further amounts from my account thereafter. I will let the NCA & CPA take its course. I'm so disappointed VODACOM!!!!!!!!
