Empty promises from Vodacom.
On the 14th of October you people promised someone will call me regarding my refund. I have posted 2 other reviews asking for someone to call me. Not a single phonecall.
One of your agents promised me in July that I will be refunded. You people kept on deducting money.from my account.
What else do I need to do to get my money??!?!??!
