Empty promises. Disgusting service.

There have just been endless issues with Vodacom and my upgrade. I initially called in to cancel my contract with them. They wanted to retain me as a customer so they processed a deal match. I was very clear on the device I wanted and confirmed whether the airtime and data they offering was for the 24 month term. I was assured this was correct. My devices came and behold. They were the incorrect devices. Working in the customer services environment I understood mistakes happen and so I weren't too phased at that point. However, when asked how long till I get my new device... I was told three weeks. At this point I was in awe. I mean it was Vodacoms fault and now I have to wait for three weeks. I've escalated umpteen times allowing individuals to fulfill their promises. No call backs. No follow ups and a bunch of lies. One consultant even told me she'd call me back after promising I'd get my device, only to call in because no call back was provided and be told she's on leave... I had to call in almost every second day and was eventuly barred from calling in. Imagine. Me following up regarding an error Vodacom made and because their consultants can't keep promises and im barred. Anyway, fast forward a couple of days. I speak to a team leader who assures me everything will be in order and they needed to reopen the deal match in order to dispatch my phone. I got my device. In November I received my data and airtime as confirmed and everything was peachy. In 4days, by the 7th of November, that data was depleted and I couldn't understand why. I called in and queried and was promised a call back. Which never happened. So I waited. Today is the 01st. My airtime is loaded but no data. I call in, only to get told that there's no data on my package and the 5gigs of data was only for 7 days... At this point I wanted to laugh, shout, scream. Is this really happening Vodacom? After confirming with you this was to be for the 24 month term.

If you are not giving me what we agreed upon and what I signed up for. Take your device back and cancel this contract. I've had it with your company. And if I am meant to get my 5gigs a month. Credit me for the data you took last month. And give me my data. I did not agree to play R580 for a device and airtime.

Disgruntled is not even the word Nadiera Amos
