Empty promises by Vodacom Eastgate

Its with regret to follow this route but this Cannot go unnoticed. I upgraded to a Note 9 in Sept with the R3000 Sorbet voucher wich untill now havent received. Both the lady who assisted me ,,Tricia with the upgrade and the store manager ,Dwayne failed me with excuses like i must wait for a sms. Later i was told i must wait for the 1st debit order to go off. And after that i was told that there are issues between Vodacom and Sorbet. Its now nearly 3 months later... Im a loyal Vodacom customer for years with above average bills and truly unhappy with this service.
