Empty Promises and still no HELP

I went viral with my vodacom contract. I complained at hello peter, icasa, social media, beeld, vodacom's head office and I even left a complain on facebook for vodacom and still I didn't get help. To me, vodacom only worried about their money and not the client, but I will not pay a cent on my contract unless my laptop has been fixed
