Empty Promises and Poor Service
I renewed my contract with Vodacom in February 2022 and was meant to receive a R2000 Takealot voucher. Needles to say the voucher was never received and after numerous follow ups and promises of it being escalated, still no voucher. Pathetic service and empty promises Vodacom.
