Empty promises and no help from Vodacom
I upgraded 2 of my cellphone lines with Vodacom on line upgrades in February 2019.Vodacom offered me Huawei handset + Huawei Tabs on each of my lines + simcards + 250mb of data for 12 months on each tab. I went to 2 Vodacom Stores in Polokwane and nobody can assist me. My upgrade date was 1 March 2019 and nobody at Vodacom call center 134,1948,and 2 Vodacom Stores in Polokwane cannot help me.

27 Mar 2019, 11:11It's 27 March 2019 and nobody has resolved my query from Vodacom. I recently received an email from Vodacom saying that I must Rica 2xPrepaid SIM cards and Vodacom will load the 1 year Data on both SIM cards. Today (27th March 2019) I phoned Sasha @ Vodacom after sales department and she said on the system it's showing that Vodacom must courier 2 x new prepaid SIM cards with data loaded on. It's a new process that I must follow every time I phone Vodacom customer care. It's almost end of March and I cannot use my tabs activated from 1 March 2019 for my upgrade.
