EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES

You guys are making me so frustrated! No one is helping me! I have emailed, chatted on your fb page and no one is actually answering me!!!!

I get 650mb of data each month on my package. I ALSO get an additional promotional 2gb every month. When I did my upgrade last month on the phone your consultant told me I will still get my 2gb recurring monthly! I know see my data as run out and as per your app I haven’t even used that much since the 1st. Where is my 2gb promotional and why do I not see it on my invoice like before as a promotional data! Pull your phone call from that upgrade and you will hear. You are costing me more money running up and down to sort our this nonsense! I also want it back dated! You can’t take things away! Sort this ASAP before I do an early cancellation on all 4 of my line!
