Empty Promises and Bad Service Delivery

Last year, early December I went to vodacom waterfront and upgraded my contract. The agreement that I undertook with the consultant was for him to add insurance onto my new contract and deactivate my BIS.
A week ago, my phone got ******, and when I went to go and report this I found :
-That I had no insurance
-That my BIS is still active

The insurance cell sure claims that vodacom deactivated my insurance and vodacom say it was cell sure.

I then had the hassle of dealing with this. I called the branch @ which I took out my new contract. No apologies, just told me they will look into it and acknowledge that they will reimburse my BIS.

But it can take up to 3 months ?? On the other side cell sure say I must pay almost a thousand rand in on back premium for them to entertain my claim ?

Someone somewhere is to blame for not doing his job, now I have to do the job they were suppose to do, wasting my resources, such as my time, energy and money in the process.

Is this really what one is to expect from excellent customer service delivery as promised and echo'd by vodacom's clientelle and media ???

This is really unacceptable and **** poor service. Period!!
