EMPTY PROMISES ALWAYS

It has been weeks now and you have still not got back to me. I have emailed, called in, written on fb and hello Peter and you make it seem so great by apologising and acting like you will get back to someone and you don’t! I have been a loyal contract customer since 2007 with 4 lines running and I am ready to go to the ombudsman!

My upgrade was done in March over the phone with your upgrades department. I asked the lady to confirm that my promotional 2GB data will still be active and she confirmed yes! But it was lies because it no longer comes to me.

Do you know about the CPA and empty promises? Your agent told me something that was clearly not the case and if I knew that I would not have upgraded!

Please pull the call from my upgrade and listen to the recording. I now demand that you stick to what you told me and back date the data.

When service lacks, I take this very personally and more than happy to cancel everything and take this further due to your negligence!
