empty promises along with horrible service

as per the vodacom website it is more convenient to do an online upgrade however they fail to inform clients that it is for certain products only . I registered online to apply for an upgrade advising that my cellphone number does not receive sms's . I then proceeded to do the online upgrade ,after making my selection i received a reference number and an email confirming such also advising that i would be contacted by a consultant within 24 hours . No calls/emails had been received , I contacted the call centre this morning and was advised by Cindy that she would get someone from the correct department to call me back i provided a contact number but no calls had been received . I called again and had spoken with ZAMA who could barely answer the call properly, she proceeded to tell me that there is a specific department dealing with this kind of upgrade and put me on hold and never advised that she would put me on hold . The call eventually got cut , i then called again and lucky enough i spoke to Zama again . She told me that this kind of upgrade cannot be done online and i would have to do it telephonically . She also advised that the phone is not available until the 15.06.2016 and i would have to wait for the product . I then asked her for a reference number for the call she told me with an attitude that there is no reference and her name is ZAMA .

If the phone is not available the website should tell you that , also dont specify that we can upgrade online when it is just not possible . It seems vodacom has a thing for false advertising advising that online upgrade will get your phone delivered to you within 24 hours when they cannot even contact you within those 24 hours. I currently have two contracts with vodacom and regretfully so . Service is the only thing keeping you conmpetitive in the market as there are numerous companies offering the same things however it seems impossible to perform at that level . If you would prefer you can tell me i am happy to take my business to a place where i am better appreciated
