Empty promises

U service sucks. Sent message to port me to vodacom on Monday the 14th June. At 1st I was told it will be done between 19:30 and 23:00 by consultant. Sent the message no reply at at to acknowledge that the message is received. I called again the same day I was told by the 2nd consultant that it takes 24 hrs. 3rd time I was told is between 24 and 48 hrs. Till this hour nothing done. They keep directing me to the SMS system.
