empty promises

I am very disappointed in service received from vodacom promenade mall branch.I was due for my upgrade so went to this branch but as advised new deals come out on the 7th so lady told me she will call me but did not get that call.Went again and was assisted but the colour I wanted they did not have,was told it will be ordered and will take 3-5days but will get a call,no call received,went again,no order came..Went Sunday and was told nothing came in but with a \I don't care attitude and I must just wait.I logged My complaint Sunday on complaints website and up until today haven't heard from vodacom or the branch.I work with customers daily and if I had to treat a customer's way I was treated I would be signing disciplinary.Customers are always no1 priority whether I am a new or old customer and there is just no urgency or care.The industry I work for complaints are dealt within 2hours and I'm waiting till today now thats unacceptable service for a loyal customer I don't think that's fair...disappointed customer."
