Empty Promises

I have been struggling to upgrade since December 2014 to get a LG G3, eventually in March I decided to rather take a Samsung A5 with Scull Candy Headsets and a Samsung Gear Fit Watch. After I was promised this from the store. It took a total of 6 months just to find out I will not be getting the watch because they don't want to give me finance, ALSO after I was given the phone, scull candy headsets and PROMISED to get the watch as soon as it arrives. I called the call centre/head office to log a complaint and till today after 2 weeks NO FEEDBACK. Eventually when the store decided to contact me again, the owner/manager just told me Vodacom will NOT give me the package and the financing. YET I have the phone and headsets?? So I was told straight, \if you're not happy bring the phone back and we'll reverse the upgrade". It seems this is how Vodacom treats they're customers"
