Empty Promises!

I called Siyabonga on the 6th March at 17:06 and he promised a technician would call me to sort out my problem, but that never happened. I called back on the 16 March at 13:44 and spoke to Tshidi who hang up on me which is rude. Poor service if you ask me. I called again and spoke to Bongi, let's see if something actually happens. Don't make promises if you can't keep them Vodacom!
