empty promises

real disappointment with empty promises made! Nkuli or whatever your name is... its 3 weeks later and still no call but yet I'm being billed for a contact I cancelled, now airtime is being sent to this number which I closed and no one is using... but i guess nobody cares as long as you make your money! and I am a huge fan of your service provider, never thought it would get here. Is there anybody that can resolve this and please do not call me to apologize cause that is petty I need my issue to be resolved
