Empty Promises

I went to the Vodashop in Simmonds Street Johannesburg, i then asked for the R199 HP laptop Cyber Monday deal. The lady told me they dont have stock but shell call me when they do that day. No one called and i went down again and i wanted to sign for the deal she then told me not to worry they've extended the deal till Friday 30 Nov 2018. I then said ill come through on Wednesday 28 November before i got to the shop she told me that the deal was no longer available, i even received an invoice/quote from her before the cancellation. I then aksed Victoriuos and Kebafetse (manager) why this was done and they told me theres nothing they can do because Commercial cancelled the deal. I had passed on many Cyber Monday deals waiting for this one, now if I am not given the same deal i will cancel my vodacom Fiber, Cellphone and move to another service provider.
