Empty promises
Was due for upgrade. Shopped for better deal. Called vodacom for cancelation fee. Representative offered to meet opposition contract. Offered 1gig data aswell as per opposition. Enquired on *111# and shows no data. Called customer care and they confirm no data. That is against what we agreed on.
