Empty promises

I have log a request about 2 months back at vodacom but no one has come back to me.. on taking my s8+ contract out I was told I've got a 1 year free guarantee on my glass but now that I ask about it they keeping telling me they come back to me the other day Saturday or Sunday I phoned again the lady told me to take it to a vodacom shop and tell them to fix it I was told it got a 1 year guarantee but at the shop they say they don't know.. is there someone that can sort this out in vodacom.. ********** 246 is my number
