Empty promises

I took out a new contract beginning of Nov 2014. In the booklet for the specific phone is a guaranteed gift (EckoUNLTD Sports Headset + Dual Fit Sports Armband). They just told me they did not receive any stock and will phone me when they receive it. We went on Dec holiday and never got a phone call from them. A lot of phone calls were made to the shop and a few visits to the branch and every time no joy. They wrote my name 3 times in a little black book every time. I Spoke to the Manager Philip once at the branch and he told me to follow up the next week. I did so, phoned him and he promised to sort it out. He told me he would phone me back right away and it is 3 weeks later, not heard from him again. No plan was made what so ever to meet my enquiry, just silence... I am so dissatisfied with their service and wonder how many people were caught with these empty promises???? I can not believe that NO STOCK at all was sent to your branch...... Come on people, what happened to the priority of customer joy?
