Empty Promises

Afternoon,<br> <br> I would just like to bring this to your attention because clearly Hello Peter is the only way you get things done!<br> <br> I book my phone in for repairs on Sunday the 28th of Feb, and I specifically said to the consultant to please get it done as soon as they can. He said sure it will be done by Wednesday the 4th latest Thursday, which i had no issue with.<br> <br> I phoned today to see how far it is and get told no it will only be ready by Monday next week!<br> <br> Going through the list of other complaints i see its a common occurrence<br> <br> How is this going to be fixed???
