Empty promises

Got a call from a person called PP (not sure how it is spelled) on monday at 11h30 to confirm the specs of the mac i was talking about in my previous complaint so he could get stock for me.<br> <br> He promised to call back and told me if it's an 087 number that i need to answer as it will be him... I'm still waiting. Absolutely dissapointed.
