Empty Promises

<p>Awaiting Feedback from 26/05, each time i call get promised that Gilbert will call which never happens. Denzil assured me last week She will call me as my querie is still under investigation since 26/05 but not surprised that she hasn't called back. Now to make matters worse they automatically adding a daily subscription for content services on my data contract which i didn't approve and only find out upon checking why invoice is so high. Not sure what is the hold up of investigation as i have informed them that my internet booster is faulty.</p>
