EMPTY PROMISES

<p>Last year I took out a contract for data with Vodacom upon agreeing to it I was promised 2Gigs of data during the day and 2Gigs of Data during the night after midnight. I asked the consultant twice to confirm what I was receiving he confirmed it and I took the contract for two years . I then noticed that Vodacom was not keeping to what they agreed as I was recieving my monthly data for the day but I was not recieving the data for the night. I phoned them was promised that they would look into it. I phoned them again I spoke to SEVEN different people and I lodged a complaint. They told me it would take 2 days I phone two days later it was not resolved the person I spoke to told me that she could see on my contract that I was meant to receive my night owl data they promised to phone me back they did not . I phoned them this morning to follow up only to be told that my contract is only valid for the day data . Now my question is this how can Vodacom offer you a contract promise you that this is the service that you will recieve but once the money is taken from your bank they do not honour what was agreed upon !!!! It is utter nonsense you can not sell a client some thing and change it as you please. I will not stop fighting till I get the 2Gigs that was promised to me. I am so dissapointed in Vodacom I am considering that perhaps it's time to change service providers since clearly they do not care about their customers !! </p>
