EMPTY PROMISES!!!!!

I'VE POSTED THE BELOW A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO... ON TUESDAY TO BE EXACT. GOT ONE PHONE CALL THE NEXT MORNING PROMISING TO GET BACK TO ME STILL THE SAME DAY......... TWO DAYS LATER NOTHING...... PATHETIC!!!! IF YOU GUYS SAY YOU ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING STICK TO IT!!!! YOU ARE MAKING CLIENTS LOOK LIKE FOOLS AND ARE COSTING US TIME AND MONEY TRYING TO SORT A SERVICE OUT THAT IS COSTING US MONEY EVERY MONTH........ I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO PHONE ME TODAY STILL.....

Ok so I got a brand new S7 on contract a couple of weeks ago from Vodacom. About 4 weeks later the phone overheated while charging and switched off. I then sent it in for repairs and got it back a week later with a new motherboard and...... a cracked screen. The phone was brand new and didn't have a scratch on it. I gave it back and it was sent to Vodacom repair centre in Centurion.... they explained to me that it is now a RAM claim as it was damaged in transit. I explained back that I don't want a physically damaged repaired phone as it was a brand new phone and I did not drop it and am not happy at all. It's been two weeks now and everytime I phone I must hear that they are sending through emails to the escalation department and they will get back to me. No one is responding by getting back to me and I keep getting sms's for quotes and to tell me that they are awaiting spares. No one wants to give me a phone number to speak to the escalation department directly and I am really getting frustrated. I pay a lot of money every month for this expensive phone and for the last 3 weeks couldn't use it and no one seems to care. I tried being patient and understanding but Vodacom is not coming to the party. I am really at a point where I will take this further to the National Consumer Tribunal........... I am really disappointed and frustrated with Vodacom!!
