Empty promises

<p>After several problems with my phone and it being taken into repairs it came back with a broken screenguard and eventually no screenguard. several weeks later a Vodacom consultant called me offering to credit my statement with the value of the screen guard or a complimentary 3GB of data I opted the latter. He said it'd load in an hour and several hours passed, nothing happened I contacted vodacom via Twitter they said in an hour and nothing. today they're just blatantly ignoring me and not attending to my query. I want the data promised to me. </p>
